Ron Mendelsohn
CEO and Executive Producer


A visionary in the music library industry, Ron Mendelsohn co-founded Megatrax in 1991. As CEO, he has built and oversees a full production slate at Megatrax. In addition to his entrepreneurial success creating and growing Megatrax, Ron is also an accomplished pianist and composer, writing hundreds of cues for the Megatrax library. A graduate of Wesleyan University in Connecticut, Ron attended film-scoring
programs at USC and UCLA. He also studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Liege, Belgium on a grant from the Rotary Foundation. Ron is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the Production Music Association, the Society of Composers and Lyricists, Vistage and ASCAP.
